Harvey has developed programming and service for thousands of Juvenile courts that involved youth and children in high crime areas. Including gang members and violent offenders and one of the first programs in the nation for youths charged for firearm-related offenses.Â
His programs and services were crime, age, and gender-specific .His strategic solutions and customized training can help municipalities, churches, courts, agencies, and schools to develop researched basis methods to impact the lives of these high-risk populations.Â
Harvey also is a motivational speaker and provides seminars on the impact of the criminal justice system and how to avoid it and the impact of violence on communities.â
